rendered image of wooden facade

A study perspective of a ten storey office and apartment development project located off Raja Chulan, this building is accessible vide the famously romantic Changkat Bukit Bintang. The hillside terrain and the quirky location makes this an attractive investment for expatriates. The project consists of a facade element acting as filter and privacy screen made from marine quality veneered plywood, a large canopy overhanging the windows from the top ledge. Flat slab structural design permits absolute freedom for up to 10 different apartment designs and layouts. Currently planned to have ten floors of accommodation, this project has underground nearly two years of design development and financial analysis. One of the reasons for the hesitation to develop is the fact that it has a plot of land sitting in front of it likely to be submitted as tall condominium project which would sadly affect the view aspects of this design.
